Its officially done, my blog should be only open to invited readers. That was kind of a bigger task then I expected! But my baby (my babies) are worth it. :) I can openly share updates on all things Spencer.
Also, this might be the site we'll use to update family when we travel to Ukraine. We'll see.
But for now, thanks friends and family for your love and support. We love each of you dearly.
Blog going private
Ok, well, I'm still having a hard time keeping this blog OFF of my bloglist, soooo.... I'm going to have to make it private (only visible to invited readers). So if you would like an invitation to this blog, please email me as soon as you can at:

Thanks for understanding!
Love you all.

The world of blog
The country that we are adopting from can be a booger. On my adoption blog, it has been "suggested" to me that I only show Pavel's picture and name OR reveal his country but NOT picture and name. I can't do both. Its a whole privacy issue. Also, it would be wise for me not to say anything negative about this country (until he is home ;) just kidding!) In addition, we are keeping this pregnancy on kind of a "don't ask, don't tell" policy.
Therefore I need to keep this personal blog as... well, personal... as possible. So that I can keep all of you updated on our family, this new baby, and adoption stuff without sharing it with the rest of the world. Now, I could make it an officially "private" blog, only available to view if you recieve an invitation from me. But I honestly have no idea how many people even read this blog and who all would want an invitation. I'm quite amazed anyone reads it anyway! :)
So that is why I have opted to remove it from my "profile" of blogs as well as from any search engines. Not that if the government wanted to hack into my blog, they couldn't, but just that it isn't readily available for all the world to see... literally- check out the world feed list on Bringing Home Boys!
Anyway, I just felt the need to clarify. I love you all and am grateful for so many wonderful friends and family who follow our crazy family!

Expecting... twice. :)
Its always amazing to me how time after time my brain forgets that God actually IS the one in charge.
November- God leads us to adopt two little boys with DS from another country.
December- Working tirelessly to get them home.
January- We find out that one of the boys is no longer available for us to adopt. Heartbreak and gut wrenching prayers follow.
February- We find out that we're going to have two little ones after all... but one of them is coming from my belly. :)
Thats right, I'm pregnant. Who would have guessed? :) Total surprise to us... kind of still is. But God is good. And He knows what He's doing.
Its so much better when He's in charge.
We're still hoping to travel to get Pavel in April or May (which... its a six or seven week process, so that means he'd come home the next month). Please pray that I'm not sick when we are there because right now my only focus in life is to keep down food. :( And the new baby should be coming in October!
I love how God is GROWING our family. I love HOW God is growing our family. I love how GOD is growing our family. :)
